After a long hiatus, I’m finally back and committed to making this site part of your daily recommended diet!
I’m recruiting some writers to help update the site with the latest news from the dot-com, e-commerce, and online advertising with a dash of insightful commentary.
So I’ve just completed my 3rd run this week at Greenlake (3 mile loop). The first time, I did a slow jog with 20-30 seconds of moderate running here and there, the 2nd time, I did more walk/fast-run intervals, and tonight I just completed my first 3 mile run at moderate pace without any breaks.
